When Annie Robson isn’t pounding the pavement running, she’s more than likely to be found pounding a computer keyboard instead.

And the result of that effort is her latest novel, The Runaways.

Set in fictional communities in southern Tasmania, The Runaways tells the story of six women who love to run (or are they just running away?). And it features a gruelling sea-to-summit half-marathon not too dissimilar from our own Point to Pinnacle.

Annie will be selling and signing her new book this Saturday from 10.00 a.m. during bib collection at The Running Edge, as well as post-races at Wrest Point on Sunday.
