Over the last few months we have been working closely with one of our charity partners Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer Foundation to establish a collaboration with Menzies Institute for Medical Research and Royal Hobart Hospital and the Brain Cancer Centre. This collaboration will enable research to look at genetic links behind brain cancer & develop strategies to ultimately understand, treat & even prevent genetic contributions to brain cancer. We are extremely proud to announce that $300,000 will be contrubuted to Tasmanian research. This outcome is made possible through our partnership & fundraising with CB4BC through the Point to Pinnacle. What a unique and important contribution our participants make every year to charity.
